The Performance of School Administrators Affecting Teacher’s Teaching Efficiency Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Roi Et

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research which aimed to 1) study the performance of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et. 2) study teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et. 3) study the relationship between the performance of school administrators and teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et and 4) create forecasting equations of the performance of school administrators and teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. The research instrument used for data collection was a five rating scales questionnaire with reliabilities of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the second part was 0.930 and the third part was 0.910. The statistical techniques employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Regression equations were created for predicting dependent variables through Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis.

The research findings were as follows: 1) the performance of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all of 5 aspects were at the highest level. 2) the study of teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all of 5 aspects were at the highest level. 3) the relationship of performance of school administrators and teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et, overall the relationship was very positive at the .01 level of significance (r= .931) 4) the performance of school administrators affecting teacher’s teaching efficiency under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Roi Et in school management which was affecting the teaching efficiency of teachers 66.20%. By added strategic change and innovation management the value was 77.80% which increased for 11.60%. By adding community and network management, the value was 82.20% which increased for 4.40 %. By adding academic and academic leadership management, the value was 85.60 which increased for 3.40% and by adding self-development and professional development, the value was 86.80 which increased for 1.02%. Therefore, all of 5 aspects of performance of school administrators affected at the .01 level of significance to teacher’s teaching efficiency.
