Abstract

Human resource management has entered the fourth period called HR 4.0, or human resource management in the digital age. As a result of the rapid exponential advancement of digital technology, organizations must design a new operating model based on the progress of digital technology. The cyber world has stepped up to challenge the real world of physical work, the traditional way of working. Developing digital competency in human resources becomes a high priority for any organization. Therefore, it provides knowledge, skills and digital characteristics to human resources to support the new way of working in the digital era. Organization requires a team working style that is highly agile that works across departments in creating digital innovations for the organization.
