Increasing the Penalty for Sex Offenses Committed to Step-Child

Abstract

For increasing the penalties to sex offenses under Section 285 of the Criminal Code to enforced the offender with committed by stepfather or stepmother resulting from a change of spouse's parent to step-child or a parent or guardian who takes care of the child because the limit of descendant and descendant defines specify the person who have a blood relation only. Cause of that makes the offender who is a stepfather or a stepmother can use the relationship of father or mother power to commit sexual offenses to the step-child without increasing the punishment and can compromised for that act. While the Sexual Offences Act 2003 of England defines the offender who has a relationship in the family not specify only blood relation and cannot be compromised.
