The Role of Teachers in Learning Focused on Learners is the Importance of Schools under MahaSarakham Municipality’ Mahasarakham Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the learner-centered learning management of teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of Maha Sarakham Municipality Mahasarakham Province 2) to study the ecommendations for student-centered learning management of teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of Maha Sarakham Municipality Mahasarakham province. Population used in this research is 205 teachers in Maha Sarakham Municipality School and using simple random sampling method. A total of 102 samples were collected. The research instruments were questionnaires. Data analysis using statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) The student-centered learning management of teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of Maha Sarakham Municipality In a very high level in all 4 areas, including In the preparation of teaching and learning, teaching and learning management, media production and using instructional media and evaluation of teaching and learning management 2) Suggestions that in general, the activities must be determined by the students to think and act and study information from various learning sources and use that information or knowledge to synthesize them into knowledge or conclusions of teachers in accordance with the needs of learners or in accordance with local.
