Socialization on Youth for Democratization in Education Institution

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to point out the process of socialization of youth for democracy and obstacles in socialization of youth for democracy of Khamkaennakorn School, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. This Research, the researcher uses the concept of democracy and socialization to analysis and relied on qualitative research methods through document analysis and in-depth interviews which uses a specific sampling method. Then the data was analyzed to create inductive conclusions. The study indicated that the process of socialization of youth for democracy in Khamkaennakorn School has four processes 1) the organization and management in democracy ways; 2) the focus on participation in democracy way 3) the creation of teachers in the democracy ways; 4) Teaching and learning to democracy ways both in the classroom and outside obstacles in this research: 1) Cooperation with external agencies at national and international level; 2) Proactive action of the school; 3) Budget of the school. By this study, the researcher has suggested that creating a process of socialization for true and lasting democracy should begin with a change in the way society thinks about education system and education institution to lead to further state policy and school policy.the classroom.
