The objective of this article is to study Urbanization in rural areas: Study the internal conditions that cause the urbanization of surrounding communities, Roi Et Rajabhat University. This is qualitative research; data collection was conducted by in-depth interviews with 12 selected people, during November 2016 to February 2017.
The research found that the internal conditions that cause the urbanization of surrounding communities, Roi Et Rajabhat University, included 1) the establishment of Roi Et Rajabhat University 2) strong communities 3) alumni 4) decentralization of local administrative organizations 5) internal capital groups and external capital groups 6) migrant groups 7) concepts of local people
