บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารฎสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดในประเทศไทย ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน
2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 สร้างรูปแบบโดยสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมและประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 191 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนี PNI modified ระยะที่ 2 ประเมินรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 11 คน โดยใช้แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดในประเทศไทย (VICTOR Model) ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล 6 องค์ประกอบ เรียงตามลำดับค่า PNI modified ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล (Visionary Digital Leadership) ด้านความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล (Intelligent Digital Acuity) ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Comprehensive Digital Management) ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล (Two-way Digital Communication) ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล (Organizational Digital Culture) และด้านการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัล (Refining Digital Skill) และมีส่วนประกอบของตัวรูปแบบอีก 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง วิธีดำเนินการ การประเมินผล และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ
2.ผลการประเมินรูปแบบพบว่า ด้านความถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
