บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความจำเป็นของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 4) ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจากผู้ใช้งาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษา ครูพี่เลี้ยง อาจารย์นิเทศและเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 120 คน จากวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและความจำเป็นแบบการตอบสนองคู่และลำดับดัชนีความจำเป็น 2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Likert Scale) และ 3) แบบประมินความพึงพอใจแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประเมินระดับที่ควรจะเป็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความจำเป็นที่มากที่สุด คือ ระบบค้นหาและเรียกดูข้อมูลย้อนหลัง มีค่า PNImodified = 0.0638, 2) ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูมีองค์ประกอบ 5 โมดูล ได้แก่ โมดูลนักศึกษา โมดูลครูพี่เลี้ยง โมดูลอาจารย์นิทเทศก์ โมดูลเจ้าหน้าที่และโมดูลผู้ดูแลระบบ, 3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของระบบภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
