5 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันคุณลักษณะจิตสาธารณะ ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลยุคใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภาคเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของคุณลักษณะจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาพยาบาลยุคใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภาคเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 500 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาพยาบาลยุคใหม่ มี 7 องค์ประกอบ โดยด้านอัตลักษณ์ทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลมีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบสูงที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการได้รับอิทธิพลจากเทคโนโลยี และด้านความรัก ความเอื้ออาทร ความสามัคคี (ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.95, 0.90 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ) มีค่า Reliability อยู่ระหว่าง 0.905-0.959 ค่า Convergence Validity อยู่ระหว่าง 0.577-0.703 โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ค่าดัชนีตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลพบว่า Relative Chi-square = 2.04, p-value > .05, CFI = 0.967, TLI = 0.952, GFI = 0.938, RMSEA= 0.046
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลยุคใหม่ มีคุณลักษณะจิตสาธารณะต่อไป
