This research aimed to analyze the confirmatory factors of the public mind among nursing students in the new era at Rajabhat University in the northern region. The samples were 500 nursing students. Data was collected using a questionnaire based on 5 scales. The data were analyzed using second-order confirmatory factor analysis.

The results showed that there were seven factors in the public mind of nursing students in the new era. Professional identity in nursing was the foremost factor, followed by the influence of technology and love, altruism, and harmony, each assigned a weight of 0.95, 0.90, and 0.89, respectively. The reliability values ranged from 0.905 to 0.959, and the convergence validity ranged between 0.577 and 0.703. The model demonstrated a goodness of fit to the empirical data, with Relative Chi-square = 2.04, CFI = 0.967, TLI = 0.952, GFI = 0.938, and RMSEA = 0.046.

The results of this study can be used in planning to encourage the public mind of nursing students in the new era.
