Global warming is caused by greenhouse gases cumulative increasing such as carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide, make the heat stored in the earth can’t reflect back into the atmosphere. Currently, there is no way any human being to help reduce global warming was tangible, exceptglobal warming by the trees in the forest to remove carbon dioxide by photosynthesis and the degradation of methane and nitrous oxide from the atmosphere. So if we can help reduce global warming, the best method is to plant trees and preserve forests to remain as much as possible. Thailand is part of the world, the mission as well as other countries, has a duty to help reduce global warming, not only Department of forest and Department of National Parks haveforest preservation role but also the Local Administrative Organization is responsible for all communities in Thailand, has the authority by law to "protect, care and maintain forest, land, natural resources and the environment", cannot be ignored or denied responsibility for maintaining or increasing forest area. Therefore, the cooperation with the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) has the Tree Bank projectto establish a “Tree Bank Group" in every community of the country. It is concrete guideline to increase the trees and innovative partnerships that reflect community management to help global warming reducing at the local level in Thailand.
