สมรรถภาพการเจริญเติบโตและการให้ผลผลิตของสบู่ดำสายพันธุ์ระยอง ที่ปลูกในดินที่มีการปนเปื้อนแคดเมียม Growth Performance and Productivity of Jatropha curcas Linn., Rayong Variety Planted in Cadmium Contaminated Soil

บทคัดย่อ

การ ศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถภาพการเจริญเติบโตและผลผลิตของ สบู่ดำสายพันธุ์ระยองที่สามารถทนทานต่อการปนเปื้อนของแคดเมียมในดิน เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปนเปื้อนของแคดเมียมในดินที่สบู่ดำสายพันธุ์ระยองยังคงมี สมรรถภาพการเจริญเติบโตและยังคงให้ผลผลิตและเพื่อศึกษาปริมาณการปนเปื้อนตก ค้างของแคดเมียมทั้งในดินและในส่วนประกอบของสบู่ดำสายพันธุ์ระยองภายหลังจาก การปลูกในดินที่มีการปนเปื้อนของแคดเมียมผลการศึกษา พบว่าสบู่ดำสายพันธุ์ระยองไม่สามารถมีการเจริญเติบโตและการให้ผลผลิตที่เป็น ปกติได้ที่ระดับการปนเปื้อนของแคดเมียม 100 พีพีเอ็ม ขึ้นไป ส่วนปริมาณการปนเปื้อนตกค้างของแคดเมียมในดินหลังการทดลองมีค่าลดลงจากก่อน การทดลอง อาจเนื่องมาจากระยะเวลาในการปลูกสบู่ดำที่นานขึ้น หรืออาจเกิดจากการดูดซึมของพืช อีกส่วนหนึ่งเกิดจากการชะล้างโดยการรดน้ำและเกิดจากการชะล้างโดยฝน ส่วนปริมาณการปนเปื้อนตกค้างของแคดเมียมในส่วนประกอบพืช พบว่าในรากจะมีการสะสมของแคดเมียมมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were to study the growth and productivity of Jatropha curcas Linn., Rayong variety which endured to cadmium contaminated soil, study the level of cadmium contamination in soil when the plants maintain normal growth and productivity, and study the quantity of cadmium residue in soil and components of Jatropha curcas. The results illustrated that the Jatropha curcas Linn., Rayong variety could not have normal growth and productivity when cadmium contaminations were higher than 100 ppm. The quantity of cadmium residue in soil after experiments were lower which was probably caused by a longer period of planting, or absorption of plant, or wash out from water and rain. The quantity of cadmium residue in components of plant found the highest level in the root.
