บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้นำเสนอทฤษฎีต่างๆ ด้านการเรียนรู้เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้สัมฤทธิ์ผลอย่างยั่งยืน จำเป็นที่จะต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาคน นักพัฒนาและจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ โดยเฉพาะแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการสื่อสาร ทฤษฎีการเสริมแรง ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้จากการสังเกตหรือการมีตัวแบบ และประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาคน ทั้งประชาชนโดยทั่วไปและกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยปลูกฝังให้เป็นคนมีคุณภาพ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องและทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนกับ สิ่งแวดล้อม มีทัศนคติ จิตสำนึกและพฤติกรรมที่สนับสนุนการไม่ทำลาย แต่พยายามรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมธรรมชาติให้ยั่งยืน เพื่อที่จะให้ประชาชนเป็นแนวร่วมหรือให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ไทยและสิ่งแวดล้อมโลกได้ผลดีอย่างยั่งยืน

This article introduces learning theories for sustainable environmental management. The success of environmental management depends on development of human quality. Developers and environmental managers should understand the learning theoretical approach, that is, message learning model, reinforcement theory, and observational learning theory. The approach has a wide application in environmental managment, for instance, in disseminating scientific knowledge about relationship between human behavior and environmental change, and forming positive attitudes toward environmental conservation. This learning-based environmental management is crucial in changing behaviors of people or target groups toward desirable environmental actions.Such change will lead to cooperation and particiation in activities for protection of natural resources and environment, resulting in sustainability for Thailand as well as the global ecosystem.
