การกำกับดูแลเมืองน่าอยู่: แนวคิดและกรณีศึกษา

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทบาทสำคัญของการกำกับดูแลเมืองในการพัฒนาเมืองน่าอยู่ โดยวิเคราะห์วิวัฒนาการ มิติสำคัญ และแนวทางนวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างครอบคลุมและการวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษาสามเมืองได้แก่ เมลเบิร์น เชียงจู ร็อตเตอร์ดัม และศึกษาว่าการกำกับดูแลที่มีประสิทธิภาพส่งผลต่อความน่าอยู่ของเมืองอย่างไร บทความเน้นความสำคัญของการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน ความโปร่งใส การวางแผนแบบบูรณาการ กลยุทธ์การปรับตัวในการรับมือกับความท้าทายที่ซับซ้อนของเมือง และอภิปรายถึงแนวโน้มใหม่ในการกำกับดูแลเมือง เช่น เทคโนโลยีเมืองอัจฉริยะ รูปแบบการกำกับดูแลแบบเครือข่าย และแนวทางที่เน้นประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ตลอดจนชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาแนวทางการกำกับดูแลที่เหมาะสมกับบริบท การมีวิสัยทัศน์ระยะยาว และการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลายฝ่าย รวมถึงได้ระบุความท้าทายหลายประการในการดำเนินการกำกับดูแลเมืองที่มีประสิทธิภาพ บทความเสนอทิศทางการวิจัยในอนาคต การเปรียบเทียบในบริบทที่แตกต่างกัน การประเมินผลกระทบระยะยาวของรูปแบบการกำกับดูแล การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการประเมินที่ครอบคลุม และช่วยเพิ่มพูนความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีการที่การกำกับดูแลเมืองสามารถยกระดับความน่าอยู่ และให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับผู้กำหนดนโยบายและนักวางแผนเมืองที่มุ่งมั่นสร้างเมืองที่ยั่งยืน ครอบคลุม และยืดหยุ่น
