บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ: วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ การรับรู้และการรับบริการสุขภาพช่องปาก และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนท่าศาลา ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยภาคตัดขวาง ทำการสุ่มแบบง่ายได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 120 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 60.8 กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดมีความรู้และทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 90.8 และ 95.0 ตามลำดับ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมและพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือร้อยละ 70.0 และ ร้อยละ 58.3 ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าปัจจัยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมค่อนข้างสูง (R 0.543, P < 0.001) และเป็นตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุด (beta 0.534, P < 0.01) คือทำนายพฤติกรรม ได้ร้อยละ 30.9 (R2 0.309, P < 0.001) สรุปได้ว่า แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากสูงที่สุด
