บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดสกลนครเพื่อมุ่งสู่ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดสกลนครจำนวน 400 คน จากอำเภอต่าง ๆ ทั้ง 18 อำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และหมุนแกนแบบ Oblique Rotation โดยวิธี Varimax และประเมินค่าด้วยวิธีไลด์ฮู้ดสูงสุด โดยผลการวิจัยมีค่า KMO เท่ากับ 0.909 และค่า Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity มีค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.000 แสดงว่าข้อมูลมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ดังนั้นสามารถที่จะนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบได้ ผลของการวิเคราะห์ได้ 6 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรม 2) การประเมินผล 3) การบริหารจัดการภูมิปัญญา 4) การบริหารจัดการกับความมั่นคง 5) การบริการจัดการแผน และ 6) การบริหารจัดการหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้างตามสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดสกลนครเพื่อมุ่งสู่ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 มีความเที่ยงตรงตามโครงสร้าง
