การปฏบิตัิตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารกับองคกรแหงความสขุ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อทราบ 1) การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) องคกรแหงความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) ความสัมพันธระหวางการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารสถานศึกษากับองคกรแหงความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุมตัวอยางคือ สถานศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 59 โรงเรียน มีผูใหขอมูลสถานศึกษาละ 4 คน ประกอบดวยผูอำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผูอำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือผูปฏิบัติงานในตำแหนงรองผูอำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครูผูสอน 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 236 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัยเปนแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารสถานศึกษา ตามสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภา และองคกรแหงความสุขในสถานศึกษา ตามกรอบแนวคิดของสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสรางเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะหขอมูล คือ ความถี่ รอยละ คามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะหสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธของเพียรสัน

ผลการวิจัยพบวา
1. การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายดานอยู
ในระดับมากที่สุด
2. องคกรแหงความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยูในระดับมากที่สุด
3. การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผูบริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธกับองคกรแหงความสุขในสถานศึกษา
สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร อยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

THE ADMINISTRATORS’ CONDUCT ON CODE OF ETHICS AND THE HAPPY WORKPLACE IN SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK

         The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) the administrators’ conduct on code of ethics in schools under Bangkok metropolitan 2) the happy workplace in schools under Bangkok metropolitan 3) the administrators’ conduct on code of ethics and the happy workplace in schools under Bangkok metropolitan. The sample consisted of 59 basic education schools under Bangkok
          Metropolitan. The 4 respondents of each school comprised directors, deputy directors or represent deputy directors, and 2 teachers, with the total respondents of 236. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning based on the concept of the administrators’ conduct on code of ethics of the education profession B.E. 2556 of secretariat office of the teachers’ council of Thailand and happy workplace based on the concept of Thai Health Promotion Foundation. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings were as follows:
1. the administrators’conduct on code of ethics in schools under Bangkok metropolitan as a whole and individual, was at a highest level
2. the happy workplace in the schools under Bangkok metropolitan as a whole and individual, was at a highest level
3. the relationship between the administrators’ conduct on code of ethics and the happy workplace in schools under Bangkok metropolitan was at .01 level of statistical significance.
