การประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรเกษตรอินทรีย์ตามวิถีภูมิปัญญาไทย โรงเรียนวัดนินสุขาราม

บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรเกษตรอินทรีย์ตามวิถีภูมิปัญญาไทย โรงเรียนวัดนินสุขารามมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินสภาวะแวดล้อม (Context Evaluation) ของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม ความสอดคล้องของหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ และเป้าหมายของโครงการกับนโยบายของสำนักการศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร และความต้องการของชุมชน 2) เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (Input Evaluation) ของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม ความเพียงพอของบุคลากรวัสดุอุปกรณ์/สถานที่ และงบประมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการ 3) เพื่อประเมินกระบวนการ (Process Evaluation) ของโครงการเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการ และ 4)เพื่อประเมินผลผลิต (Product Evaluation) ของโครงการ เกี่ยวกับผลสำเร็จของโครงการจากกิจกรรมที่จัดให้นักเรียน 4 กิจกรรม และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อกิจกรรมของโครงการ โดยประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ของสตัฟเฟิลบีม (Stufflebeam) ประชากรได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 19 คน คณะกรรมการ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 13 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 จำนวน 167 คน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 จำนวน 167 คน รวม 366 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามรูปแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ใช้เก็บข้อมูลหลังสิ้นสุดการดำเนินโครงการ จำนวน 2 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามใช้สอบถามครูและกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม (C) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (I) ด้านกระบวนการ (P) และด้านผลผลิต (P) ของโครงการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.911 ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามใช้สอบถามนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 ในด้านผลผลิต (P) ของโครงการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามฉบับที่ 2 เท่ากับ 0.813 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ (f) ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย () และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ()

ผลการประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรเกษตรอินทรีย์ตามวิถีภูมิปัญญาไทย โรงเรียนวัดนินสุขาราม สรุปได้ ดังนี้

1. ผลการประเมินด้านสภาวะแวดล้อมของโครงการ (Context) เกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม ความสอดคล้องของหลักการ
วัตถุประสงค์ และเป้าหมายของโครงการ กับนโยบายของสำนักการศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร และความต้องการขอชุมชน
ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. ผลการประเมินด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการ (Input) เกี่ยวกับ ความเหมาะสม ความเพียงพอ ของบุคลากร วัสดุ
อุปกรณ์/สถานที่ และงบประมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการประเมินด้านกระบวนการของโครงการ (Process) เกี่ยวกับ การปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

4. ผลการประเมินด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ (Product) เกี่ยวกับผลสำเร็จจากกิจกรรมที่จัดให้นักเรียน 4 กิจกรรม และ
ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อกิจกรรมของโครงการในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

AN EVALUATION ON PROMOTION OF LEARNING ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM
ACCORDING TO THAI WISDOM AT WAT NISUKHARAM SCHOOL

An evaluation on promotion of learning organic agriculture program according to Thai wisdom at Wat Nisukharam school aimed to 1) evaluate the characteristics of the environment, objectives, goals in accordance with the policy of Department of education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and community’s needs (context evaluation). 2) evaluate first data bases of the project whether staff and available resources such as equipments,places,and budgets are adequate and suitable (Input Evaluation). 3) evaluate the project’s process (Process Evaluation). 4) evaluate the outcome of the program about project’s success which it provided four activities for students and project’s satisfaction. This program used CIPP Model of Daniel Stufflebeam. Population in this program consisted of 19 teachers, 13 members of the basic education commission, 167 students from Prathom 4-6, 167 parents of students from Prathom 4-6, totally 366 people. Questionnaires were used for collecting data. In addition, 5-point Rating Scale, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for analyzing data. The questionnaires were divided into 2 papers. First was used for teachers and members of the basic education commission on the evaluation of characteristics of environments (C), input (I), process (P), and product (P). The result of this evaluation showed the reliability of 0.911. Second was used for students from Prathom 4-6 and parents on evaluation of product (P). The result showed the reliability of 0.813.

Findings of the evaluation on promotion of learning organic agriculture according to Thai wisdom at Wat Ninsukharam school were as follow:

1. Overall of context evaluation about characteristics of environment, principles, objectives, and goals in accordance with the policy of Department of education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and community’s needs was at the highest level.

2. Overall of Input evaluation about staff and available resources such asequipments, places, and budgets was at the high level.

3. Overall of Process evaluation about project’s process at the high level.

4. Overall of Product evaluation about the outcome of the program involving project’s success which it provided four activities for students and project’s satisfaction was at the high level.
