ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี จำนวน 158 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลแต่ละสถานศึกษามี 4 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 1 คน รองผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการหรือหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ 1 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 1 คน และครูผู้สอน 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 632 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดของบาสและ อโวลิโอ (Bass & Avolio) และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาตามที่กรมวิชาการ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนดไว้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (x̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01

TRANFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF RATCHABURI
PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREAS

The purposes of this research were to find 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas, 2) the implementation of educational information technology of schools under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas, and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the implementation of educational information technology of schools under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas. The sample of this research were 158 schools under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas. The respondents consisted of school administrators, vice principals in charge of academic affairs or directors of academic affairs, heads of learning strand, and teachers, with the total number of 632. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the administrators’ leadership based on Bass and Avolio and the implementation of educational information technology according to the Academic division, Ministry of Education.The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings revealed that :

1. The transformational leadership of school administrators under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas, as a whole and as an individual, was at a high level.

2. The implementation of educational information technology of schools under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas, as a whole and as an individual, was at a high level.

3. The transformational leadership of school administrators was found correlated with the implementation of educational information technology of schools under the office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Areas at .01 level of significance.
