สมรรถนะครูกับการประเมินคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1)สมรรถนะครูโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม 2)การประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะครูกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม 3 โรงเรียน ได้แก่ 1)โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2)โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา และ 3)โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำหรับงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยเลือกตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีจับคู่ประชากร (Group Matching) กำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 20 คนเท่ากันประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนผู้ดูแลงานประกันคุณภาพ 1 คน ครูผู้ปฏิบัติการสอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา 18 คน จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะครูโดยศึกษาสมรรถนะครูตามคู่มือการประเมินสมรรถนะครูของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สมรรถนะครูของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิม
เลขคณิตได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านสมรรถนะหลักและ 2) ด้านสมรรถนะประจำสายงาน

2.การประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐมโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตได้ดังนี้ 1) มาตรฐานด้านอัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา 2) มาตรฐานด้านมาตรการส่งเสริม   3)มาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน 4) มาตรฐานด้านการจัดการศึกษา และ 5)มาตรฐานด้านการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้

3. สมรรถนะครูกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กัน
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

TEACHER COMPETENCY AND INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE IN THE DEMONSTRATION SCHOOLS IN NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE.

The purpose of this research were to determine 1) the teacher competency of the Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom province 2) the internal quality assurance of the Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom province 3) the relationship between teacher competency and quality assurance of the Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom province. The population were teachers of 3 Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom province. : 1) The Demonstration School of Silpakorn University, 2) the Demonstration School of University Kasetsart, Kamphaengsaen Campus, Research and Development,      3) the Demonstration School of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The respondents from each school were 20, consisted of a school director, a deputy school director or person in charge of internal quality assurance, and18 teachers in the secondary school, by using group matching method; 60 respondents in total.The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning teacher competency according to the guide for teacher competency evaluation of the Office of Basic Education and the internal quality assurance according to the Standards of Internal Quality Assurance of the Ministry of Education. The statistics were frequency, percentage, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.

The results of the study were :

1. The teacher competency of the Demonstration school in Nakhon Pathom province, overall and individually,was found at the high level, ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean were 1)core competency and 2) functional competency respectively.

2. The internal quality assurance of the Demonstration schools in Nakorn Pathom province, overall and individually, was found at the high level, ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean were of the school in Nakhon Pathom province as a whole and specifically in the order of the arithmetic mean as follows. 1) The identity of the school. 2) Standard measures. 3) Quality standards of the students. 4) Standards of education and 5)Standards of social learning

3. The relationship between teacher competency and internal quality assurance of the Demonstration Schools in Nakhon Pathom province was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
