การบริหารงานโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ 2)คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ และ 3) การบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานโรงเรียนตามแนวทางการบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ ตามอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ สถิติที่ใช้คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฉิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.การบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน คือด้านการบริหารงานฝ่ายบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารงานฝ่ายจิตตาภิบาลและด้านการบริหารงานฝ่ายธุรการการเงิน และอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน และ ด้านการบริหารงานฝ่ายอาคารสถานที่ตามลำดับ

2.คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านให้อภัย ด้านรับใช้ และ ด้านรักตามลำดับ

3.การบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์โดยภาพรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION AFFECTING DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS IN THE AFFILIATED SCHOOLS OF THE SISTERS SERVANTS OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

The objectives of this research were to identify: 1) the administration of the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 2) the desired characteristics of students in the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and 3) the administration affecting the desired characteristics of students in the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The samples of this study were school administrators and
teachers in the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, total of 254 respondents. The instruments for collecting the data was a questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, andstepwise multiple regression analysis.                                                  

The findings revealed as follows:

1) The administration of the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary as a wholewas rated at a high level. When considered individually, three aspects were rated at the highest level: personnel management,spiritual management and admin/financial management respectively. The remaining three aspects were rated at a high level:academic management, student’s affair management and the campus management respectively.                                                  

2) The desired characteristics of students in the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart ofMary, as a whole and each aspect, were rated at the highest level: forgiveness, service mind and charity respectively.                                                                        

3) The administration of the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary affected the desired characteristics of students in the affiliated schools of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at .01 level of statistical significance.
