ภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหารที่สงผลตอบทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค 1) เพื่อทราบภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหารศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ 2) เพื่อทราบบทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ และ3) เพื่อทราบภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหารที่สงผลตอบทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุมตัวอยาง คือ ศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ จำนวน 66 ศูนย ผูใหขอมูลสถานศึกษาละ 4 คน รวม 264 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัยเปนแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหาร ตามแนวคิดของฮอลลิงเจอรและเมอรฟ (Hallinger and Murphy) และบทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ ของสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะหขอมูล คือ คาความถี่ (Frequency) คารอยละ (Percentage) คามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (Arithmetic Mean) สวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติการวิเคราะหการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบวา
1. ภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหารศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยภาพรวมอยูในระดับมาก
2. บทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยภาพรวมอยูในระดับมาก
3. ภาวะผูนำทางวิชาการของผูบริหารศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ ที่สงผลตอบทบาทหนาที่ของศูนยการศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัด
สำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ อยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATOR AFFECTING ROLE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER UNDER BUREAU OF SPECIAL EDUCATION

The objectives of this research were 1) to know the academic leadership of administrators in special education center under bureau of special education 2) to know the role in special education center under bureau of special education 3) to know the academic leadership of administrators in special education center affect the role in the special education center under bureau of special education. The data were collected from 66 special education centers; 4 sample from each special education center.The questionnaire about academic leadership were adjusted from Hallinger and Murphy’s concept and roles in special education center under bureau of special education. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

The result were as following:
1. The academic leadership of administrators in special education center under bureau of special education in overall were at the high levels.
2. The role in special education center under bureau of special education in overall were at the high levels.
3. The academic leadership of administrators in special education center significant affected to the role of the special education center under bureau of special education at .05 levels.
