Thai literature learning achievement of Samakkheephet Khamchan for the students in Mathayomsuksa 6 using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique

This research aimed 1) to compare the academic achievement of Thai literature of Samakkheephet Khamchan for mathayomsuksa 6 students before and after learning using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique. 2) to compare the learning achievement of Thai literature on the subject of Samakkheephet Khamchan using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique for mathayomsuksa 6 students after studying with 70% criteria and 3) to study students satisfaction towards using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique. The sample group was mathayomsuksa 6/6, Uttaradit Darunee School in the second semester of academic year 2020. A total of 44 students were obtained by cluster random sampling. The tools used for data collection consisted of 1) three lesson plans, two hours each 2) sixteen multiple-choice achievement tests and 3)10 items of satisfaction questionnaires.Data were analyzed by percentage, mean and t-test.
The results showed that 1) the student's post-study score was significantly higher than the pre study score at the .05 level of confidence. 2) the learning achievement of Thai literature using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique for mathayomsuksa 6 students was 70% higher than the threshold at the .05 level of confidence. and 3) the students' satisfaction towards the management of Thai literature learning of Samakkheephet Khamchan using cooperative learning management with Jigsaw technique overall, was at the highest level. (x̄ = 4.66, S.D. = 0.24)
