Guidelines for Promofing Active Learning of Teachers under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the active learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and to study the guidelines for promoting active learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The method of the study was divided into two steps: Step 1, a study of active learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by
a questionnaire with 291 teachers. The data were analyzed with mean and standard deviation (SD), and Step 2, a study of guidelines for promoting active learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Data obtained from interviews with 4 experts. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, the active learning management of teachers under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in the holistic view was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was active learning environment and the lowest mean was experiential learning. Secondly, the results of the study on the guidelines for promoting active learning management of teachers under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 found a total of 22 guidelines
