Main Article Content
Abstract
Lesson Study and Open Approach are Japanese educational innovations that have been used in teaching profession and mathematics learning management, being introduced in Thailand since 2002. With the introduction of the training program of the Faculty of Education, KhonKaen University has implemented the professional development of teachers, with an emphasis on the reform of both schools as well as those involved in the entire school system in 2006. In addition, a synthesis of mathematics education studies in Thailand, From the 1st to 9th meetings, research has been conducted using lesson study and an open approach in teaching profession and student thinking, including research into teacher knowledge, teaching profession, teacher practical skills, teacher emotions, student mathematics processes, student thought, student skills, student interaction, and student emotions.
