Abstract

ABSTRACT


This study aimed to 1) study the management of learning to promote professional skills. The population consisted of school principals, academic teachers, and vocational subject teachers at the Sansalee Sri Wiang Network Quality Development Center, total 36 people. The tool used was a questionnaire. 2) Investigate management approaches for promoting professional skills. The data providers consisted of school principals and experts, selected through purposive sampling, total 5 people. The tool utilized for this study was interviews. 3) Verify management approaches for promoting professional skills among the target population in step 1. The tool used for this study included guideline checklists, data analysis using percentages, averages, standard deviations, and content analysis.


The research findings revealed that the overall management condition was at a moderate level, with a particular emphasis on personnel involved in learning management. Recommendations included organizing meetings to enhance understanding, aligning with the school and community context, and conducting explanatory sessions to clarify the process of professional skill development. Additionally, planning for projects, media and technology to support learning both within and beyond the school environment was emphasized.
