Misconceptions of Training Program Evaluation Using the Kirkpatrick Model

Abstract
The Kirkpatrick Model is a widely known and popular form of training program evaluation. It consists of four steps: reaction evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation, and result evaluation. However, using the Kirkpatrick model in Thailand, there are still many misconceptions. Therefore, users of this model should be aware of the correct application to obtain accurate information.
