Abstract
Learning skills in the 21st century are characterized by a holistic approach for learning to aim for the efficiency of the learning process in a rapidly changing society. Learning has become the process that emphasizes the development of various skills of learners, including life and career skills, technology and information literacy, and the 4 Cs: Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity. In the realm of Physical Education, learning is diverse. It is adapted to the individual's abilities, needs, and interests to align with educational objectives. It involves developing critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills with scientific processes. The significance of learning skills development lies in the goal of collecting and synthesizing information as well as guidelines for physical education related to the learner. This includes learning physical skills and fostering the knowledge and relationships related to fundamental movement skills. Additionally, it involves hands-on practice or training, whether it's expressing thoughts or learning. Therefore, decision-making is an integral part of the problem-solving process and practical implementation, leading to proficiency in what is referred to as decision-making skills.
