For the One-Shot Case Study, research and development methodologies (R&D) were used. The data was collected through the evaluation form of the Learning Experience Plans. Percentages (%), means (x), standard deviation (S.D.), and content analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed the following: 1) enrichment curriculum based on an instructional coaching approach to promote student teachers' ability to write a learning experience plan that includes seven components: (1) enrichment curriculum principals and rationale; (2) objectives; (3) curriculum structure, (4) duration; (5) instructional procedures, (6) materials, and (7) evaluation. 2) After using the enrichment curriculum, student teachers have the ability to write Learning Experience Plans at a good level (x = 4.11, S.D. = 0.42).
