GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING AND IMPROVING SKILLS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD TO ELEMENTARY TRANSITION PERIOD

Abstract
The purposes of this article are to explain the importance of the transition from early childhood to elementary level and to provide guidelines for preparing and promoting skills for young children. The related persons who help to make the change of the transition effects are parents, teachers and educational institutions. This article presents the differences between the early childhood and elementary levels in learning and daily routines, the preparation to enroll in grade 1 through the experience of playing and learning management, the skills improvement for young children; which is divided into self-help skills and learning skills in the classroom. To prepare and improving skills, all relevant parties can be integrated into activities or training as part of their daily life.
