                   Instructors are important inputs to the production of graduates. It is an important mechanism for quality assurance in education. All higher education institutions must provide quality assurance in education. Quality assurance indicators related to provide the qualified and qualitative Instructors according to Standard Criteria for Higher Education Curriculum of 2005 was set by the Office of  Higher Education Commission. The instructors must have the best knowledge, experience in production and the expertise in specialized fields. These are  consonant with the concept of National Education Act of B.E. 2542 (1999) which define that Quality assurance means the development  of the quality of management and implementation of the mission of all educational institutions to continuously improve the quality of  learners and to ensure that the educational service provider. Therefore, the original affiliation should focus on promoting the development of teachers and The opportunity for self-development is maximized in order to obtain the best cost-effective teacher in the production of graduates.
