The purposes of the research were 1) to develop for online lessons on a topic of the Application Audiovisual Technology to promote learning and knowledge management to be suitable for a new normal period for tertiary Instructors. 2) To compare the students’ learning achievement before and after learning online. 3) To compare the students' satisfaction using online lesson on a topic of the Application Audiovisual Technology to promote learning and knowledge management. The participants group in this research are teachers, teacher assistants and personnel Vongchavalitkul University which are randomly picked 3 out of 8 faculties. The 3 faculties are faculty of Business Administration, faculty of Nursing, and faculty of Education. Then, draw a lot of 30 people. The research plan used is the semi - experimental research. The research instruments are 1) on a topic of the Application Audiovisual Technology to promote learning and knowledge management 2) achievement test with the reliability of 0.95 lesson plans, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The findings of the research
1) Development of online lesson on the Application of Audiovisual technology to promote learning and knowledge management during new normal for tertiary Instructors. The score is 81.10/ 82.66 which follows the standard criteria.
2) After employing the online lessons, the students’ average scores increased significantly at 0.01 level.
3) The students' overall satisfaction towards online lesson on the Application of Audiovisual technology to promote learning and knowledge management is at a high level.
