Abstract
Evaluation is an important tool for organizations that can measure success. At the heart of the assessment is the "evaluation to develop", the concept of evaluation capacity building (ECB) to develop organizations and personnel from the ability to work to the potential to help them succeed. The concept and application of the evaluation capabilities is widely used to develop the evaluation capabilities of individuals, groups and organizations in the public health, organizational management, and education industry, using strategies to create assessment capabilities such as meetings & orientation, E-training, Involvement in an Evaluation Process, technical assistance, Communities of Learning, Coaching, Use advanced technology systems to help organizations strengthen and sustain.
