Using Professional Learning Community Strategies in Schools.

Abstract
Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a group of teachers that exchange and reflect feedback for teaching professional development to improve the skills and knowledge of educators and increase learners’ achievement. It is a collaboration to develop instructional quality. The team are often willing to collaborate, help each other and directly feedback. Members in the team share their responsibilities and roles. Sharing with talking is the main principle, and should be continuous and serious. It would build organization culture to drive instructional quality systematically both administrator, instructors, and learners. It would defined as the sustainable development cycle that cause schools be the “Learning Organization”
