บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซ และ2) อิทธิพลของความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซต่อความตั้งใจซื้อซ้ำและความภักดีของลูกค้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริโภคชาวไทยที่มีประสบการณ์ในการซื้อสินค้าประเภทเสื้อผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกายผ่านการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซบนแพลตฟอร์มติ๊กต็อก จำนวน 400 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ด้วยโปรแกรม AMOS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเชี่ยวชาญของสตรีมเมอร์และการโต้ตอบแบบเรียลไทม์ ล้วนมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซ โดยการโต้ตอบแบบเรียลไทม์เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้ายังมีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจในการซื้อซ้ำและความภักดีของลูกค้า เช่นเดียวกับความตั้งใจในการซื้อซ้ำมีบทบาทในการเสริมสร้างความภักดีของลูกค้าในการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซ โมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความภักดีของลูกค้าได้ร้อยละ 31.2 (R2 = 0.312) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางกำหนดนโยบายขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล โดยภาครัฐควรส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะผู้ประกอบการและยกระดับมาตรฐานการไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งคอมเมิร์ซเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพตลาดออนไลน์
