The Circular Economy and Sustainable Development : the Role of Accounting

The Circular Economy is an important concept of the world that currently facing climate changes crisis and the lack of natural resources due to the increase of the world population. This concept needs awareness and collaboration from all sectors in society, in order to push and promote it for sustainable development. The objectives of this article are for providing background, principle and the concept of circular economy, the linkage of circular economy and sustainable development and the role of accounting.
