ครูเหลี่ยมกับวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ (Literary Pornography) ยุคแรกในสังคมไทย

ครูเหลี่ยมหรือหลวงวิลาศปริวัตรเป็นผู้บุกเบิกวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ (Literary Pornography) ยุคแรกในสังคมไทย แต่ผลงานวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ของครูเหลี่ยมเป็นหนังสือหายากและเข้าถึงได้ยากจึงทำให้มีข้อมูลเผยแพร่อยู่ค่อนข้างน้อย บทความนี้เป็นบทความวิชาการที่นำเสนอข้อมูลที่พบจากวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์เรื่องพนันชมแลเรื่องปลูกฝีซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่ได้จากหนังสือฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งแรก พนันชมแลเรื่องปลูกฝีเป็นวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ที่ครูเหลี่ยมแปลมาจากวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ต่างประเทศ พนันชมเป็นภาคต่อของกล่อมครรภ์ (วรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดของครูเหลี่ยม) ที่สามารถอ่านต่อเนื่องกันหรืออ่านแยกกันก็ได้และมีเนื้อหาแบ่งออกเป็น 4 บท ได้แก่ บทที่ 1 “การพนันเปรียบตัว” บทที่ 2 “เมนเด็นเฮ็ด (หัวพรหมจารี)” บทที่ 3 “อุบายจดหมายลวง” และบทที่ 4 “ยาทาพาพอง” นอกจากนี้ ยังพบวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ขนาดสั้นเรื่องใหม่ของครูเหลี่ยมคือเรื่องปลูกฝีอีกด้วย ข้อมูลเหล่านี้เป็นข้อมูลใหม่ที่มีส่วนช่วยเติมเต็มองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวรรณกรรมเร้ากามารมณ์ยุคแรกในสังคมไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี
