Abstract

In order to teach English effectively, there are various factors that need to be taken into account.  One of those factors is developing a qualified course to meet the needs of learners, especially specific courses.  As for specific courses, there are some issues that need to be emphasized.  The purpose of this paper is to propose a framework for developing an English for Specific Purposes course (ESP).  An ESP sample course is provided in order to help the reader obtain a clear picture of the course development.
