Guidelines on Use of AI Platforms Technologies in Submitted Publication in FOYER: The Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education

If authors have used any AI platform as part of their research process, content composition, or language editing, the journal requires them to clearly disclose and describe the role of AI in the research and writing process, specifying how it was used and identifying the AI tools involved. This is to ensure transparency, academic integrity, and the preservation of authors'original ownership of their work. Such disclosure should be included in the Methods section or Acknowledgements and should cover the following: the name of the AI platform or technology used; a description of how it was used; the quality assurance measures applied to the outputs generated; and an identification of any research content, data, or associated files that were created or produced using AI platforms. Furthermore, for all academic works submitted for publication consideration, the editorial board reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether the use of any AI platform is appropriate and acceptable.
