ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อบริการสุขภาพผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ “ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อบริการสุขภาพผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อบริการสุขภาพผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ และ 2) เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ผลการศึกษาเป็นแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพและผู้พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ในการออกแบบบริการและกำหนดกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจให้สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมและความต้องการของผู้บริโภค ตลอดจนเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเข้าถึงและตอบสนองต่อกลุ่มผู้บริโภค โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ กลุ่มประชากรวัยทำงาน อายุประมาณ 21-59 ปี จำนวน 482 ตัวอย่างการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงผ่านการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ที่มีลักษณะคำถามแบบปลายปิด โดยมีการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.600-1.000 และความน่าเชื่อถือของแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาช เท่ากับ 0.976 เพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรและใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับที่ดี โดยพิจารณาจาก CMIN/df = 1.960, GFI = 0.971, AGFI = 0.945 และ RMSEA = 0.045 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดโดยผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ และ ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการทำให้เกิด ความตั้งใจใช้งาน ได้ร้อยละ 52 โดยปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด ทั้งนี้มี 2 ปัจจัยที่ร่วมกันส่งผลต่อปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งาน และปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด พบว่าร่วมกันส่งผลต่อ ได้ร้อยละ 63 โดยปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งานเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุด และปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของเทคโนโลยี และ ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด พบว่าร่วมกันส่งผล ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ ได้ร้อยละ 59
