การศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ.2560 ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารพัสดุของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 2)เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารพัสดุของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สมุทรปราการ เขต 1 3)เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารพัสดุของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการ และพนักงานราชการ จำนวน 319 คน เป็นงานวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยทำการเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้วิธีเก็บแบบสอบถาม 319 ชุด โดยการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ด้วยค่าร้อยละ การแจกแจงความถี่ คำนวณค่าเฉลี่ย คำนวณค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติ ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA: F-test) และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลที่ได้พบว่า ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่แตกต่างกันมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุ ระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.79 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารสัญญา และการตรวจรับพัสดุ มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.91 ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.79 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านความโปร่งใส มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.91 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่กำหนดไว้
