Participatory Action Research and Group Management for the Development of Peanut Products, Ban Pan Community Enterprise Group, Dong Sing Subdistrict, Jang Han District, Roi Et Province. The objectives are: 1. To study the condition and the potential for participatory group management in the peanut production process. of the Ban Pan Community Enterprise Group, Dong Sing Subdistrict, Jang Han District, Roi Et Province. 2. To develop an integrated community enterprise management model for producing and distributing processed peanut products. of the Ban Pan Community Enterprise Group, Dong Sing Subdistrict, Jang Han District, Roi Et Province. Collect data with the relevant population. and is a community enterprise group of Ban Pan, Dong Sing Subdistrict, Jang Han District, Roi Et Province, totaling 45 people. Integrated research methods By quantitative research, data is collected from a sample group. Qualitative research uses in-depth interviews. Data analysis used average values. standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research found that group management includes: 1) management There are still a small number of group members. Low working capital due to lack of product development Products should be developed to have more variety. 2) Distribution Increase distribution channels to be able to meet market needs. 3) Production: There should be continuous development of the production process. 4)Finance: Sufficient financial resources should be provided. Prepare accounts according to standards and product development section The brand should be created to be unique. Create standardized packaging.
