Abstract
การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเป็นการท่องเที่ยวที่สมาชิกในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อชุมชน โดยกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวมุ่งสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ และความผูกพันระหว่างเจ้าบ้านกับผู้มาเยือนผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวซึ่งนำไปสู่การเรียนรู้ เข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งถึงรากเหง้าของชุมชนเน้นความยั่งยืน และเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม สร้างความสมดุลระหว่างทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว สังคม วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของสมาชิกในชุมชน รวมถึงสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีให้กับสมาชิกในชุมชน และก่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่ากับผู้มาเยือน การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การนำ การประสานงาน และการควบคุม โดยทุก ๆ กระบวนการเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในชุมชน ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมตัดสินใจ ร่วมพัฒนา ร่วมลงมือปฏิบัติ ร่วมแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ และมีส่วนร่วมประเมินผล
