การออกแบบกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้าวไรซ์เบอรี่ชุมชนราชพฤกษ์ ตำบลไร่อ้อย อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ข้าวไรซ์เบอรี่ ของผู้ประกอบการข้าวไรซ์เบอรี่ชุมชนราชพฤกษ์ ตำบลไร่อ้อย อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และเพื่อสร้างสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ส่งเสริมการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวไรซ์เบอรี่ชุมชนราชพฤกษ์ ตำบลไร่อ้อย อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยวิธีวิจัยประกอบไปด้วยขั้นตอนการสร้างแบบสอบถามหาแนวทางการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยสอบถามจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือกลุ่มผู้บริโภคและกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวชุมชนราชพฤกษ์ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ด้านการออกกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวไรซ์เบอรี่ จากการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การออกแบบโลโก้ ให้ความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.33 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.58 เพราะสร้างความดึงดูดใจต่อผู้บริโภค และเป็นที่จดจำได้ง่าย และกระบวนการออกแบบกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์มีความเข้าใจง่าย มีความสบายตา ชวนมอง ใช้โทนสีที่สอดคล้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ใช้งานสะดวก ราคาต้นทุนเหมาะสม สามารถขยายกลุ่มลูกค้าได้เพิ่มขึ้น
2. ด้านการสร้างสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ที่ออกแบบได้ผลความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีแสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบขององค์ประกอบในงานเช่นลักษณะของภาพประกอบในการออกแบบมีความเหมาะสมและช่วยดึงดูดกลุ่มเป้าหมายซึ่ง สนับสนุนส่งเสริมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เพิ่มยอดขายทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ ในการประชาสัมพันธ์แก่ผู้พบเห็นของผู้บริโภค
