Promoting Morale for Government Employees under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin

Abstract
This article aimed to 1) study the Educational Promotion of Morale for Government Employees, 2) compare the Promotion of Morale for Government Employees classified by gender, age, work experience, and school size, and 3) provide recommendations for Promoting Morale for Government Employees under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin. Based on the opinions of school administrators. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, achieving a reliability score 0.959. Qualitative data were gathered through structured interviews. Statistical analysis included mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The research results found that. 1) The results of the study, Educational Promotion of Morale for Government Employees under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin, indicated an overall high level of morale. When considering each aspect, the highest average was found in work achievement. 2) The results of compare of Promoting Morale for Government Employees classified by gender, age, work experience, and school size under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin, categorized by gender, age, work experience, and school size, revealed no statistically significant differences at the .05 level. 3) Strategies for the recommendations of Promoting Morale for Government Employees under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin. based on the opinions of school administrators, include five key approaches: 1) Increase communication by providing channels for employees to express their views and suggestions freely. 2) Ensure employees feel involved and heard. 3) Offer sincere praise and recognition. 4) Create opportunities for self-development. 5) Promote good relationships between superiors and subordinates.
