ORGANIZATION CHART MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPING BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DOMESTIC CONSTRUCTION EFFICIENCY: CASE STUDY OF THAIPOLYCONS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

Thailand began major construction work during the Second World War. The Thai Polycons Public Company is a major construction business in Thailand. Organizational structure issues is one of the problems that the company has experienced. As with other organizations, the company wanted to improve its organizational planning to maximize performance. Thailand began major construction work during the Second World War. As with other organizations, the company wanted to improve its organizational planning to maximize performance.The purpose of this study was to recommend an appropriate organizational structure in the construction sector by investigating the fundamentals of behavior, power and duty, and efficiency. The research was conducted by surveying a group of 320 Thai Polycons Public Company Limited employees. Reliability values were determined by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the statistics used for the study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main hypothesis was tested by applying the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. It was found that there are many ways to maximize performance. Construction companies are recommended to think differently based on individual factors. That determines and points out concepts in their organization chart for organizational development, business management and domestic construction. The survey questionnaire was found to be reliable and produced a variety of opinions as shown in this research.
