Abstract
With over 20 years working experience in part manufacturing supplied to large automobile manufacturers, together with receiving manufacturing philosophy and practices from the world’s number one car manufacturer, Toyota, I have discovered a principle of management method that I called “Time Place Quantity in Harmony”, i.e. managing what we have and what we do to be just enough in the right place and the right time. This method is actually in accordance with a philosophy by Dr. Thiam Chokwatana, the founder of Saha Group, “Fast, Slow, heavy, light” which means some works need to be fast or serious, but some are more suitable to be slow or small we need to manage them in a suitable form. This method will help working in manufacturing and retailing business succeed efficiently and effectively
