Learning Strategies by using Problem-based learning for Third-Year English Students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University

Abstract
This quantitative researched were to comparison the students’ English reading skill of third-year students and study the students’ opinions toward problem-based-learning. The sample consisted of randomly selected 132 third-year students, faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University who attended 1553431 English literature in second semester of the academic year 2021, the experimental research. The research instrument was a questionnaire and test. Qualified research instrument consisted of mean, Standard Derivation and Conbach’s alpha coeffient. The results showed that the students’ English reading skill after studying problem-based learning was significantly higher than before. The students’ opinions toward problem-based learning were at a good level ( = 3.96, S.D. = 0.62).
