Problems Relating to Disciplinary Action and the Standard of Punishment of the Ordinary Sub-Committee of the Ministry

Abstract

This article aimed to study the standards on operating procedures of disciplinary actions and penalties of the Ministry of Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Civil Service Commission, and the comparison of laws relating to the disciplinary actions of various types of civil servants. The research methodology included documents, interviews, and group interviews. The study found the problems with different standardized disciplinary procedures or processes, whether it was a process involving many individuals and groups, such as supervisors or a person with authority to order an appointment. In addition, the study also found the problems with fines and the standards of disciplinary penalties. For example, different fines and offenses may have been adjusted to similar actions in nature, e.g., corruption, misbehavior, adultery, and duty neglect. Accordingly, this caused the problem of unfairness to the person punished by disciplinary actions
