Abstract

Up to the present, perceptions of organizational culture have been presented and examined to find out their effects. The organizational culture perception is defined and described as a matter of beliefs, attitudes, and values or emotions. In the case of an organization, it is the practice of the person in the organization to determine the difference of the individual in the organization, and organizational culture perception is a perception of the real state of each organization by the senses and the brain working process for interpretation and text translation or perceptions which make us aware of what that means. In this article, the author reviews the progress of the study and research related to organizational culture perceptions of organizational performance. Present and explain the background issues of the concept and the support for education. One conclusion from the literature review is that the perceptions of organizational culture are widely and continuously studied. Interestingly, the perception of organizational culture contributes to the development of human potential and the effect on the performance of the organization as a whole.
